HIT-NORDIC windows

HIT-NORDIC windows suite well for both newly built houses and renovation purposes.

All HIT-NORDIC windows are made to measure to meet your individual needs. You are free to choose the dimensions, colours and models of the windows. If you wish we are there to help you to make the right choice. Our starting point is always the site and the requirements it sets. The windows we manufacture are prefabricated units that are ready to install at site.

At your request we will take care for installation.

We use preselected, close-grained pine for frames. Frames and sills have mortised joints.

Pivot hinges and windowlocks are used as standard fittings.

The choices of standard surface treatment are:

  • white water-dilutable acrylate paint
  • chestnut brown varnish finishing
  • colourless protective treatment

GLAZING

We use optically straight float-glass. Outer frame is glazed with plate glass, interior frames with 2K4-15 insulating glass elements (SFS 4704).

We offer alternatives starting from standard glasses to special glasses

  • Protective glasses against solar radiation
  • laminated glasses

SEALING

As sealant we use high-quality, resilient silicon paste.
